491 Gerard Avenue and 530 Exterior Street are a collaborative development of Signature Urban Properties, LLC and Monadnock Development, LLC, companies that specialize in the development of smart-growth, mixed-use, affordable housing communities throughout the metro New York region. In addition to collaborating on the Gerard Avenue and Exterior Street projects, Signature Urban Properties and Monadnock Development are working together on the development of an affordable housing community in the Crotona Park East section of the Bronx.
